Key figures and results

%

Occupational illnesses in France

According to Assurance Maladie (2023), 84% of occupational illnesses are linked to TMS. An alarming figure that demonstrates the importance of taking preventive action.

Average days of absence per year per employee

On average, absence due to TMS lasts 3 days per year per employee. Targeted interventions can reduce this figure and improve well-being and performance.

Annual cost of TMS to the French economy

TMS cost the French economy almost €10 billion a year. Preventing these disorders limits absenteeism and increases productivity.

We didn’t even know that’s what TMS were! With Dora’s intervention, we finally understood where our pain came from and, above all, how to deal with it. She showed us some simple tips that we can apply every day to take care of ourselves.

Now, we’re more attentive to our movements, to our workload, and we move regularly, even for 2 minutes! And that changes everything. Thanks to her, we can really feel the difference, we suffer less and we’re more at ease at work !

All about Dora Blasberg

Your most frequently asked questions

How long do TMS interventions last ?

The length of the sessions varies according to the topics covered and the format chosen by the customer.

  • Workshops or conferences: 1 hour
  • Flash Mouvements: 10-minute video breaks twice a week.
  • Training courses: between 3 and 7 hours

Do I need to wear sportswear for surgery ?

No, on the contrary, the presentations are designed to give you the keys to looking after your health at work, in work clothes! If possible, comfortable clothing is recommended, as some activities may involve movement (raising your arms, bending over in a chair, etc.).

The aim is to feel comfortable so that you can participate fully, and then be able to repeat the movements independently in the office or at home.

Videoconference or face-to-face ?

Both work very well! Videoconferencing gives a large number of employees access to the sessions simultaneously, potentially at several different work sites (or teleworking sites). Face-to-face sessions help to build team cohesion and provide a real moment of well-being if the company so wishes, with, for example, a coffee break to accompany the presentation.

What are Motion Flashes ?

Flash movement breaks are short, dynamic moments integrated into the working day to encourage employees to move for their health and stretch. Designed by Dora Blasberg and ProAdapt, these breaks generally last between 5 and 15 minutes.

They are conducted by video and are based on simple exercises that are accessible to all. The aim is to reduce muscular tension, stimulate blood circulation and improve concentration, well-being and performance. These breaks can be easily integrated into the work rhythm, allowing employees to take care of their health without feeling that they are adding to their workload or falling behind on their tasks while they are being carried out.

Are benefits deductible from the DOETH ?

Exactly ! Given that Dora Blasberg, founder of Dora Blasberg Conseil, has an invisible disability and is recognised as a Disabled Independent Worker (TIH) by the MDPH, her services can be deducted in full or in part from the Obligatory Declaration of Employment of Disabled Workers (DOETH).

This means you benefit from a major financial exemption when you use its services.

So why hesitate when this type of high-quality, dynamic and expert service can help you save money and pay less in disability contributions?
