Is it possible to deduct these awareness-raising initiatives from the DOETH (French occupational health and safety declaration) ?

Yes, awareness-raising initiatives can be included in your DOETH as expenditure linked to the policy of inclusion and integration of disabled people in the company.

100% of the cost of disability awareness campaigns are deductible if this is the main subject covered. As a TIH, 30% of all other awareness-raising activities are deductible from your OETH. We advise you to check the details with your accountant or HR manager to ensure full compliance with the legislation.
