Dora Blasberg - experte en inclusion en entreprise

Dora Blasberg, corporate diversity specialist, is the embodiment of an exceptional career path

Born into a ‘non-traditional’ family, she grew up surrounded by artists and inspirations of all kinds. Her father, an entrepreneur and tailor, coached many people to succeed in life using NLP, which he mastered very well. Her mother was the first professional female jockey in France at a very young age. She went on to co-create a home for children placed in care by the Aide Sociale à l’Enfance, to give them a second chance instead of prison by the Juge des Enfants, promoting their reintegration and mutual respect thanks to nature and animals.

Her own path has been marked by her invisible disability, a rare auto-immune disease that came into her life when she was 7 years old.

Dora shares the values of caring and mutual support, convinced that every encounter is an opportunity to grow together. She is committed to turning challenges into strengths, inspiring everyone to believe in themselves.

My story as an occupational psychologist

How I got here

2025

I hope you’re all ready !

After more than 5 years of entrepreneurship, thousands of employees supported and hundreds of hours of training, in 2025 I am honored to be launching a new digital innovation for the prevention of Musculoskeletal Disorders (TMS).

The year will also be marked by international expansion and the pursuit of my corporate commitments.

2024

2024: 25 minutes alone on stage !

I was honoured to be selected by l’AGEFIPH to do a un Talk, coached by Charles Myara at the prestigious University of the Network of Disability Advisers. It was an opportunity to work on my self-confidence, to talk about my experience, this invisible disability, and to help change attitudes.

2022

So many accolades and so much recognition !

After years of hard work, 2024 was the year of recognition: French Tech Tremplin, Startup Française à Impact, Top 30 emerging personalities in HandiTech, Femme du Numérique, L’entrepreneuriat par les Femmes, Human Tech Days…

Quite simply, thank you and well done to all the inspiring people I’ve met in these competitions.

2022

Awards, Media and Business

Thanks to the incubation at Willa, I became aware of my skills, my values and my differentiating criteria. As winner of the H’Up Entrepreneurs Trophy, all this gave me a boost and attracted the attention of the press. Interview for Femme Actuelle, And yes!

The year 2022 marks the turning point in my entrepreneurial adventure, with conferences, workshops and awareness-raising initiatives in companies.

2020

A personal challenge : to help as many people as possible

After observing the health benefits of adapted physical activity for myself, despite years of not practising sport, I decided to take up a challenge: to design a digital innovation that would be unique in France, to help people with disabilities or suffering from ill-health to regain a state of well-being through tailor-made movements, based on a capacity check-up.

And so ProAdapt was born !

2013

Discovering that culture can raise awareness of disability

I worked as a carer at weekends and during the holidays while I was studying, and then I met Mireille Malot, President de of the association L’Hippocampe ,who made a huge contribution to 2005 Law and the creation of Auxiliaires de Vie Scolaires.

I’ve been volunteering for this association for over 10 years now, in particular for the Festival Regards Croisés ‘Métiers & Handicaps’ and the Angoulême Comics Competition.

2012

Using make-up to boost self-esteem

I completed a 2ᵉ diploma as a professional make-up artist. Very quickly, in just a few weeks, I became the best-known make-up artist in the Centre-Val de Loire region .

Intervening in particular in workshops to boost your self-esteem through your make-up and your appearance, in partnership for example with the Josephine and Lucia Iracia Association.

1998

World Cup vs announcing my illness

While everyone was celebrating the football World Cup, for me it was the year when the sword of Damocles fell on me.

‘Your life is over’. That’s how a doctor told me I had a rare autoimmune disease, the bloody SAPHO syndrome, after months of medical wandering and acute pain.
